What is Hypnotherapy?
The answer is simple - and it all has to do with self improvement & behavior modification.
Hypnosis should be looked at as a tool for learning. In actuality, hypnosis itself is a focused state of awareness. Since my goal as a hypnotherapist is to help you achieve your personal goals and desires, being in this state allows me to work with the subconscious mind to help create new thought patterns and encourage positive changes.

I am a Hypnotherapist, Motivational Speaker, Sound Facilitator, and Reiki Master. I found my calling as a vessel to help others help themselves. I recognize that everyone is unique, so I use my abilities to help others see what they cannot see within themselves.
Once you meet me, you will notice that gentle and effective force I put in motion so you can heal your thoughts, create new beginnings, and a new mindset.
