Take Your Pre-Cleanse Seriously- this is one of the most important steps as it is very important and it signals the body that a change is happening. It is essential when starting the pre-cleanse you consume enough electrolytes.

  1. Stay Hydrated- Hydration is so important. It is essential for good health. Drinking enough water as well fresh, organic vegetable juice and alkalinizing vegetable mineral broth maintains cellular hydration and supports cleansing.

  2. Consult with a doctor before going on a cleanse. If you have underlying health conditions.

  3. Remember after a cleanse to follow a post-cleanse protocol that will allow the body to happily transition back to a regular diet and assist in re-establishing healthy bacteria and gut flora.

  4. You can enjoy long lasting effects of a cleanse if you follow healthy habits on a long term basis. Consider all organic, non processed, non GMO food. Day 01- Sugar Detox

3 apples

2 cucumbers

1/4 bunch of parsley

1/2 cup spinach

4 pieces of kale

1 bundle of celery

1 lemon

1 1 1/2 inch ginger



Day 02- Kidney Flush

5 apples

4 beets cut in quarters then add to juicer to save your juicer

1 bunch of parsley

1/2 cup spinach

1 cucumber

1 lemon

2 tomatoes

10 carrots


Day 03- Colon Cleanse

4 beets cut in quarters then add to juicer to save your juicer

1 bundle of celery

1 cucumber

1/2 bunch cilantro

1 inch ginger

1 lemon

1 cup spinach

10 carrots

6 pieces romaine lettuce leaves



In the evening drink vegetable soup broth warm to fill your belly

drink water throughout the day and green tea. drink caffeinated green tea instead of coffee in the am until 3pm. After 3pm only drink decaf green tea. You will notice your mind is sharper, your gut is lighter, and your skin and eyes will radiate a beautiful glow.
